Join the Nebraska Narcotics Officers Association for Region 3 Training in Grand Island, featuring two timely and practical presentations designed to enhance investigative and interdiction capabilities.
The training will begin with DEA Advanced Location Technologies: Cell-Site Simulators, Timing Advance, and Data Exploitation Capabilities, providing officers with an overview of advanced investigative technology and its applications in criminal investigations.
Nic Bonney of Nebraska State Patrol and Intercept will then present “What is Reasonable Suspicion?”, focusing on the legal standards and practical application of reasonable suspicion in law enforcement encounters. Officers will gain a better understanding of how to recognize, articulate, and apply reasonable suspicion while maintaining constitutional compliance.
